Comparison

Our current average score measured by Pediatric Partners for the past year is 93% (national average is 84%). Surveys are done directly by Pediatric Partners with the patient families without our knowledge of the patients (we just see the results).  There are 30 parameters measured but the key measures are:

• Performance for well patient care by the doctor
• Our office’s relationship with patient families
• Overall experiences with our office,
• Coordination of care and patient education – roughly 30 parameters.
